At RinseKit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to receive a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
